Neva XL exists for the nights and the long days — travel, double shifts, the first two days of a heavy cycle. It is 320 mm long with a broader rear section that covers where leaks usually happen while lying down, and a deeper core that holds more without feeling bulky.

Peel the backing strip, press the pad into the centre of clean underwear, then fold the wings underneath and press them flat.
Change every four to six hours, even on a light day. Time matters more than how full the pad looks.
Wrap the used pad in the disposal wrapper provided and place it in a bin. Never flush a sanitary pad.
